A very clean example of these popular cruisers designed by Owen Woolley, built by NZ Yachts and launched in 87. Interior is finished in teak. She sleeps 5 , has a U shaped galley with chart table opposite. Head has shower(cold at present) and is fitted with a holding tank. Motor is a Nanni 3 cylinder 22hp model giving a cruising speed of between 5 and 6 knots. Sail Wardrobe includes new main, 3 genoas, working jib, storm jib and spinnaker. She has an autopilot, wind instruments, depth sounder and VHF.

12.5 m Roger Hill Cruising Cat, built by Qualitycraft Boats and launched in 2003. Construction is Duflex cored GRP. The builder has done a superb job and the presentation of the boat is a credit to the vendor. Power is from two Yanmar 40hp motors driving kiwi feathering props through saildrives. Motors have done approx 480 hours. 480 litres of fuel is carried in a built in tank and 700 litres of water in another built in tank. Sail wardrobe is a fully battened main , #1 furling genoa and a genneker in a squeezer. Sails are by Windward Sails and are like new. The main saloon has the dinette area to port and the galley at the starboard end of the saloon allowing the cook to be part of the social scene. Galley has a 4 burner stove with oven and grill and also 2 x 12 volt refrigerators and a deep freeze. Simrad instruments are set above the refrigeration . Sleeping is in 4 double cabins in the hull plus 2 extra singles. There is a toilet in each hull and 3 showers in total Electronics consist of Auto Pilot, twin compasses, Radar, GPs Plotter, Wind Gear, Depth Sounder, VHF and SSb. Zodiac Inflatable is included. Davidson 42 built by Lloyd Stevenson and launched 85. Construction is cedar core and the exterior has been recently painted. Mast and rigging are new along with some of the sails. She has 4 headsails plus 2 mains (one a new Doyle Stratis), storm jib and trysail. 3 spinnakers complete the wardrobe. Power is from a 2030 Volvo 30hp done 1600 hour approx. This gives a cruise speed of 6 knots and 8 max. Three doubles and two singles plus the settee berths form the sleeping accommodation. There is a califont to run a hot shower. Galley is equipped with a two burner Mariner stove with oven and grill and a compressor freezer. Electronics include two GPS, wind gear, speed and depth plus VHF. A Zodiac dinghy is included. This design has superb sailing qualities and is very easily handled. She has been offshore.
